i can TRANSFORM ya!

So ill be brave and post some "PROGRESS" pics.
there really isnt much progress but what can ya do.

as i explained in a previous post, ive been working out 4-6 days per week. Mostly doing cardio but i add in some weights and resistance maybe twice a week also.
and also as i explained before i havent lost one pound...NOT ONE. Not even inches.
But i took some pics and i think all thats happening is im toning up a bit

this really sucks...but i shall not give up.
